Erica is Head of Customer Communication at Scandinavian Airline. She is responsible for Global Paid Media, Customer Development, CRM & Marketing Automation as well as Customer Analytics. Her team is responsible for Marketing Communication at 18+ markets. Before joining SAS, Erica held various roles within business development and Marketing at Apoteket. She also has a background as a Management Consultant at Deloitte.
James Fain | Salesforce | Marketing and Innovation Specialist
Over the last 14 years James has extensively worked with the Nordics largest enterprise business in Innovation and Marketing strategy and always strives to add value. Over his career he has worked in Innovation Consulting and Sales and Marketing and always aims to work with emerging technology to solve problems with unique solutions.
Jonathan Pettersson | NoA | Ceo at NoA Sweden
Jonathan entered the industry as a front-end developer in the '90s but has spent most of his career managing agencies, client relationships and talented teams – both in Europe and in the US. Jonathan is CEO of NoA in Sweden and takes pride in orchestrating NoA-teams tailored for each client’s needs.
